So, what’s going on?
Lots of new things are happening, all of which I’m very excited about!
Business is going better than ever before, partly down to lots of new plans for both Future Visions and Simply. I see lots of hard work over the coming months but there’s lots to be pleased about.
At Simply, we’re taking the WebWorks course to a new level by making it an exclusively virtual learning environment (VLE), perhaps with a few exceptions at schools we’ve taught at previously. Nic has now moved to Brighton, which puts in to perspective how good a decision it was to make all of our planning tools available online. We’ve always worked from two different locations, and this makes it no different. Our other flagship product, Espresso, is now being pushed to market with a whole new focus, but we’ll keep that under wraps for now. Find out what the hell Nic is doing in Brighton by visiting nicparkes.com.
And Future Visions is growing at a fast rate. The client base has increased by a tidy 30% in the past 6 months, with lots of new and exciting projects, some of which are under NDA and so can not be spoken about. For the future, I have lots of exciting plans which, with the help of my business coaches Mary Collin and Andy Gwynn from ActionCOACH, will be put into realisation.
Just a bit of an update - very busy recently, both professionally and personally, which might explain the blog’s stagnation. In other news, I updated the website PHP so that all of the pages actually reflect my real age. On the turn of my birthday, each page featuring my age is supposed to update, but this wasn’t the case, so for a couple of weeks I was both 18 and 19. Also turns out I’m not XHTML Strict valid anymore, which I will fix shortly, along with some new pictures. Another post on pictures soon to come.
Great post Nathan. You are a joy to know & to work with. I love your enthusiasm & drive. Exciting times! Looking forward to making it all happen
